RISK OF DELAY

Shipping always comes with the inherent risk of delay. We always recommend having a back-up plan in-case your package is delayed. Our domestic delay rate is below 3% for all of our outgoing shipments.

Key fobs can easily be squeezed out during transit. We recommend using a thick paper cardboard envelope or a padded envelope. While full refunds will be issued in accordance with our refund policy, we are not responsible for keys lost in transit to our facility.
